I chose to pursue a Diploma in ECE because I believe early education plays a vital role in shaping a child’s future. Although I already had experience working with children, I wanted to deepen my understanding of child development, teaching strategies, and classroom management to become a more effective and confident educator. WOU’s flexibility allowed me to balance my studies with work and family, making this journey possible.

The programme gave me the formal qualifications I needed to strengthen my role as an ECE educator, while also boosting my confidence and credibility.
