Dr. Parimala has more than 20 years of teaching and working experience in the field of Human Resources (HR). She was the guest speaker to VELS Institute of Science, Technology and Advanced Studies (Deemed to be University) , Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India (2023). She served as Journal Article Reviewer for Proceedings of Social Sciences Postgraduate International Seminar, University Science Malaysia (SSPIS 2017). She is the Lead Researcher for External Matching Grant between WOU and Curtin University (2023).
