SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
1. Submission Types
ICiMR 2026 welcomes two types of submissions. Please indicate your choice within the mandatory dropdown menu in the Microsoft CMT portal:
- Full Paper: For authors seeking publication in Scopus-indexed proceedings. Manuscripts should ideally be between 8 to 12 pages.
- Abstract Only: For authors who wish to present their research at the conference without publication in the proceedings. (Max 300 words).

3. Preparation Requirements
Full Paper Track
Authors must prepare their manuscripts following the official template to ensure uniformity and adherence to Scopus-indexing standards.
- Length: 8 to 12 pages. (Note: Manuscripts under 6 pages may be excluded from indexing as individual research articles by the publisher).
- Formatting: Follow the template for font type, size, margins, and citations.
- Submission: You must upload your manuscript in PDF format for the review phase.

Abstract Only Track
Authors should provide a concise summary of their research directly in the submission portal.
- Length: Maximum 300 words.
- Submission: Enter your text into the “Abstract” field in CMT. No file upload is required for this option.
4. How to Submit
ICiMR 2026 utilises the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT). To submit your work, please follow these steps:
- Access the Portal: Visit the ICiMR 2026 CMT Submission.
- Create Account: If you are a new user, register with your institutional email.
- Start Submission: Click on “Create New Submission.”
- Select Submission Type: On the submission form, look for the mandatory question: “Are you submitting an Abstract Only or a Full Paper?” and select the appropriate option.
- Upload (If applicable): If you selected “Full Paper,” upload your PDF. If “Abstract Only,” ensure your summary is pasted into the abstract text box and click “Save” to complete the process.
All accepted papers will be published in Scopus-indexed publication.
Note: The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
