In celebration of the Chinese New Year, Wawasan Open University (WOU) hosted a networking dinner for its industry partners in Penang on 26 February 2026.
Senior management representatives from key industry stakeholders such as TTVision Technology Sdn Bhd, Oppstar Technologies Sdn Bhd, 3Ren Bhd, and VA Partners Sdn Bhd attended the dinner, which also allowed partners to connect with each other and reinforce shared commitments to talent development and industry-relevant education.
WOU’s senior leadership team, including Prof Ts Dr Yap Eng Hwa, Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic), and Justin Chong, Chief Commercial Officer, were present to engage with partners.
The event underscored WOU’s ongoing dedication to nurturing strong industry linkages, recognising that meaningful, sustained collaboration is central to delivering programmes that are relevant, responsive, and future-focused.
