‘Train the Tutors’ Workshop
The Philosophy and Current Issues ‘Train the Tutors’ (TOT) Workshop was organised by the Centre of Foundation Studies (CFS), Wawasan Open University, on October 27, 2022, from 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. The training was conducted by, Dr Nasruddin bin Yunos, who is also a MOHE Master Trainer. This workshop was approved and supported by the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Higher Education, Malaysia. The purpose of organising this TOT workshop was to help equip the lecturers and tutors of the course with the content and strategies required. The participants were awarded a certificate of participation, as it is the main requirement for instructors to teach the MPU Philosophy and Current Issues course at any institution. Almost 30 institutions of higher learning in Malaysia were represented in this workshop.
