Visitors, including working adults, are free to drop by the newly-renovated double-storey office at Westin Avenue, Jalan Tun Jugah, to find out how they can study and obtain tertiary qualifications while they work. The public are advised to use the Bank Rakyat, Simpang Tiga branch as their landmark to easily locate the office.

The KCRO is equipped with the necessary student support and resource facilities – library, counselling area, meeting and seminar rooms, and video-conferencing – to help prospective WOU students in their pursuit of higher learning through ODL.
