Please be informed that, given the prevailing conditions related to COVID-19 in Malaysia, Wawasan Open University (WOU) will conduct all teaching and learning activities for the Open Distance Learning (ODL) students via online mode for the January 2022 Semester.
The above arrangement applies to ODL courses which consist of tutorials only.
However, for the following ODL courses which consist of tutorials and laboratory sessions, the tutorials will still be conducted via online mode but the laboratory sessions will be conducted via online/face-to-face modes:

* Notes:
a) Only fully vaccinated students can attend the face-to-face sessions. For those who are not fully vaccinated, you may contact the Regional Centre staff for advice.
b) Students are required to do Covid-19 test every two weeks for face-to-face laboratory sessions held at WOU premises. The test kits will be provided when you arrive at the WOU premises. Therefore, you are advised to reach the venue at least 30 minutes before your laboratory session starts.
c) Students must strictly adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as stipulated by WOU and also by the facilities provider for laboratory sessions conducted outside WOU premises.
d) Students must constantly check the announcements for the above courses in FlexLearn (refer to your specific course) as all updates will be made there from this point onwards.
WOU will continue to monitor and adhere to any further directives issued by the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) and will revert to you at the appropriate time with relevant updates.
