This page is for registering for your Wawasan Open computer account for the first time only.
After registering your password, the system will generate your user
id that can be use with your password to access the Online Services
provided by the University. |

Register your W-authenticate new account single

Remember to record down your Personal
Identification Phrase (PIP). This phrase can be used later to
identify you if you have forgotten your W-authenticate password and
wish to create a new one. |

The Online Services accessible by Single Password are :-
- Webmail
- WawasanLearn (Learning Management System)
- Library Services

Personal Identification Phrase - some rules |
|
|
Remember this is not the same as your W-authenticate password. However it is subject to similar rules: |
|
- It should be at least 8 characters in length.
- It must be different to any of your password, or your identity number, and the reversed character sequences of these.
- It should not contain obvious character sequences such as abcd, qwerty, 1234 etc.
- The phrase should not be one that someone else would either know, or could guess, the answer.

Example: The phrase could be
"my mother's maiden name". The Personal Identification Phase (PIP)
might be "RubyKong" – and is case-sensitive. |
