Your eligibility for a refund will be based on the date we receive the completed relevant form from you to drop a course or withdraw from Wawasan Open according to the stipulated deadlines:

 

Dropping of Course(s) 1) 100% Refund of Tuition Fee 2) Forfeiture (RM100/course) of Tuition Fee 3) No Refund of Tuition Fee * No refund on Resource & Services (R&S) Fee.	Before the distribution period of course materials Two (2) weeks before and two (2) weeks after commencement of the semester From the 3rd week onwards
Withdrawal from the University: 1) 100% Refund of Tuition and R&S Fees 2) Forfeiture (RM100/course) of Tuition Fee & forfeiture (RM50) of R&S Fee 3) No Refund of Tuition & R&S Fees	Before the distribution period of course materials Two (2) weeks before and two (2) weeks after commencement of the semester From the 3rd week onwards
Note: In all cases, Processing & Administrative Fee will not be refunded
