Your eligibility for a refund will be based on the date we receive the completed relevant form from you to drop a course or withdraw from Wawasan Open University according to the stipulated deadlines:

 

Dropping of Course(s) 1) Full refund of Tuition Fee 2) Partial refund of Tuition Fee (Forfeiture of Tuition Fee – RM100 per course) 3) No refund of Tuition Fee * No refund on Resource & Services (R&S) Fee.	Before the distribution period of course materials Two (2) weeks before and two (2) weeks after commencement of the semester From the 3rd week of the semester onwards
Withdrawal from the University: 1) Full Refund of Tuition and R&S Fees 2) Partial refund of Tuition Fee (Forfeiture (RM100/course) of Tuition Fee & forfeiture (RM50) of R&S Fee) 3) No Refund of Tuition & R&S Fees	Before the distribution period of course materials Two (2) weeks before and two (2) weeks after commencement of the semester From the 3rd week of the semester onwards
Note: In all cases, Processing & Administrative Fee will not be refunded
