now provides the ability to users to Instant Message (IM) the
Library. Our Reference Librarian will answer your queries online
from the convenience of your home or office computer. This service
is restricted to staff, students and tutors of the University. |

| This service is available from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am -
5.30 pm. |

How to get started : |
1. If you already have an IM account, add the username below to your IM client or access through
Meebo.com, an instant messaging web-based program which supports multiple IM
services (Yahoo Messenger, MSN, Google Talk, Facebook Chat and
Jaber).

Meebo.com to sign in under Yahoo Messenger or MSN Hotmail account,

3. Alternatively, you can just use the Meebo widget box below.
Our Help Online widget allows you to
