Events Management - Assistant Manager / Executive

Responsibilities:

  • To market the University’s facilities consisting of Theatres, Seminar Rooms, Dinning Hall, Open Garden Terrace, Function Room and other facilities.
  • Possess the aggression and determination to achieve stipulated sales target both individually and as a team.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Schedule follow-up and feed back to the management.
  • Support the day-to-day events coordination including planning, organizing and controlling of all aspects of events management.
  • Provide on-site event support for registrations, setups and other related assignments.
  • Administer billings and conduct collections.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration / Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum 3 years in Event Management.  
  • Computer literate.
  • Good communication skill at all level.
  • Mature personality with passion in sales, dynamic and result oriented.
  • Highly motivated, responsible, committed and able to work independently.
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English Language and preferably other languages or local dialects.
  • Ability to work long hours and during weekends.
  • Must possess own transport.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
