Biodata: Born in Jakarta, Indonesia Ms. Oei is now travelling with a Dutch passport. She has 15 years of teaching experience:  9 years at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) in Penang, 3 years at Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) in Kota Samarahan, and 3 years at Universiti Malaya (UM) in Kuala Lumpur. She joined Wawasan Open Universiti (WOU) in Penang starting April 2011. She has been responsible for various courses including those in the Master of Public Administration (MPA) programs at USM and UM.  
Course Development Experience: During her tenure at USM, UNIMAS and UM she has developed courses including Policy Analysis & Design; Organizational Behavior; Public Finance; Malaysian Politics; Politics, Development and Administration to name a few.
