| Every RO will have basic computing facilities, library services and a study area as well as an administrative office to assist students in all administrative and academic matters. |

Some of the functions of RO are as follows: - Publishing study opportunities
- Counselling students
- Application and Enrolment of courses
- Fee collection
- Maintaining records of students’ status, progress, results, etc.

The opening hours are from 10.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. ROs are closed on Mondays.

| What kind of resources can be found in Wawasan Open University library? |
| Course materials, course related audio-visual materials, textbooks, journals and reference materials are available at the main campus library. It will also have a digital library that provides thousands of full-text e-books, e-journals, e-news, databases and reference resources, etc. The RO libraries will have a more limited collection compared to the main campus library. |
