When can I collect my course materials?
You can collect your course materials upon full payment of your fees. The distribution period of course materials will be two weeks before the commencement of the semester and up to the first week of the semester.
 
 
Where do I collect my course materials?
All course materials are to be collected at your Regional Centre.
 
 
Who do I report to if:

- There are missing pages in my course materials, or

- Wrong course materials are received, or

- There are missing items upon collection of all relevant course materials.

You are advised to report to the Regional Centre Manager and corrective action will be taken.
 
 
Where can I get replacements if I have lost my textbooks, course materials or CD?

You may purchase the above items at your Regional Centre based on the prices stated below:

  • Textbooks: at the purchase price plus distribution cost
  • Course materials: RM50/set
